Johansson would die in a car crash in 1968 at the age of 37. As a bonus, this release presents three additional complete sets by Getz and Johansson in a quartet format from the same period, including the extremely rare and long unavailable May 1, 1960 broadcast. The latter show contains a beautiful rendition of 'Ack Varmeland du Skona, ' a traditional Swedish folk song which Getz had arranged and introduced to the jazz world as 'Dear Old Stockholm' in 1951.
