This comic told Johnny's life story: his childhood, rise to stardom, struggles with fame, and ultimately, the redemption he found. This historical release has been out of print for decades. Now, celebrating the 50th anniversary of its initial release, and coinciding with Local Comic Shop Day and New York Comic Con, Z2 and The Johnny Cash estate have teamed up to make the Man in Black's seminal comic available once again with covers by original artist Al Hartley, as well as Chip Kidd and Tim Bradstreet.

CREDITS:

Written by Johnny Cash with Billy Zeoli, with art by Al Hartley

Cover by Al Hartley
