The original release in 1977 was recorded over 3 nights between 27th and 29th October 1976, recorded using the Rolling Stones Mobile Studio. 'Live In Glasgow' was the first ever issue of night's 1976 tour presented in it's entirety. The audio has been mixed and mastered from newly discovered multi track recordings (one was in a box marked Peters and Lee!) by Andy Gamble at AVP Productions from the original ¼ master tapes and approved by Francis Rossi. Live! #is regarded as one of the classic Live albums from the seventies and one of Quo's most memorable live sets.
