Will Yip's production brings genuine weight to the record, the same sonic density he brought to some of the best heavy releases of that era. This metallic silver pressing makes a strong case for revisiting one of the more honest guitar records to come out of Philadelphia in recent memory.

Ours Is Chrome is the 2nd studio album by Philly rockers Superheaven, produced and mixed by Grammy-winner Will Yip (Title Fight, Turnstile). Originally formed as Daylight in 2007, the grunge revivalists changed their name to Superheaven in 2014. Although their name changed, their sound, which drew upon the driving and sludgy melodies of the '90s for inspiration, remained, with nods to bands like Stone Temple Pilots and Soundgarden still intact. Looking to reintroduce themselves to the world, they reissued their full-length debut, Jar, under their new name in 2014. The following year saw them ink a deal with SideOneDummy and release Ours Is Chrome.

Tracklist:

I've Been Bored

Next To Nothing

Room

All The Pain

Leach

Downswing

Blur

Gushin' Blood

Dig Into Me

From The Chest Down

Poor Aileen

UPC: 708857157112
Label: Side One Dummy
Release Date: 8.7.26
Format: LP Vinyl

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0830/7018/9810/files/packshot-superheaven-ours-is-chrome-metallic-silver-colored-slv-lp-vinyl-vinyl-lp-relix.jpg?v=1791897249
