Do you ship worldwide?

At this time, we only ship within the United States.

Do you ship to APO and military addresses?

Yes. We proudly support our military customers and ship to APO/FPO addresses through USPS Ground Advantage.

Do you offer free shipping?

No, we do not offer free shipping at this time.

How long does shipping take?

Orders ship within 1–3 business days, and whenever possible, we strive to ship orders the same business day.

When will my order arrive?

Once shipped, most orders arrive within 3-4 business days, depending on your location and carrier delivery times.

Returns & Exchanges

How do I return an item for a refund or exchange?

Returns are simple with us. To qualify for a refund or exchange:

• Items must be new, unused, and unwashed
• Return requests must be initiated within 30 days of purchase
• Customers must contact us to obtain return authorization and return instructions
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
• Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable
• Merchandise that has been worn, washed, or altered cannot be returned

Please include your packing slip and order number with your return shipment.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days. 

Final Sale Policy

All items in our Media category are considered final sale.

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase, as refunds or exchanges cannot be provided once the transaction has been completed.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of media products, the following items are considered non-returnable and final sale:

• CDs
• Vinyl Records
• DVDs
• Blu-ray Discs
• Video Games
• Cassette Tapes
• Books
• Magazines
• Digital Downloads

All sales for these products are final.


Returned, Refused, or Undelivered Shipments

At DiscandVinyl.com, we strive to ensure every order arrives smoothly.

If a package is refused by the recipient or returned as undeliverable:

• A $5.00 return handling fee may apply
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable
• Return shipping charges incurred may be deducted from the refund amount

Refunds will be issued once the returned package is received and processed.
