Pittsburgh's jam scene has always punched above its weight, and 7 Miles To Pittsburgh carries that regional pride into their original songwriting with a road-worn, blues-rooted groove that rewards repeated listening. *Beyond Repair* finds the band leaning into the tension between tight composition and open improvisation that defines the best of the modern jam tradition.
