By the spring of 1976, the Rolling Thunder Revue had shed some of its original cast and grown rawer, more electric, more combative. Dylan was deep in the turbulence that would produce "Blood on the Tracks" and "Desire," and the Fort Worth performance captures that tension live, where it belonged. This is the Revue at its most unguarded, pulled straight from the multitrack source.
Recorded on May 16, 1976, this 3LP set contains the complete Fort Worth, TX performance on the second leg of the legendary Rolling Thunder Revue tour. The audio was remixed from the original multi-track tapes and 18 of the 22 tracks are previously unreleased.
