Botanist & Oskoreien - Green Metal / Deterministic Chaos - Music CD

A nifty release from two very different non-guitar based metal artists, with a nice contrast between Botanist's shimmering, nimble, dulcimer-driven prog on one side and Oskoreien's throbbing electronic doom (think Pinkish Black, or Zombi on a serious downer) on the other. Simply astounding. An off-the-map venture into unconventional black metal. Botanist is consistently brilliant, but Oskoreien is absolutely devastating on this, with Mizmor levels of hate and Bell Witch levels of hurt.
