Before he was The Boss, he was a Jersey Shore kid with a typewriter imagination and a bar band's soul, turning the boardwalks and backstreets of Asbury Park into mythology. This 1973 debut landed Springsteen at Columbia with a reputation built on marathon club sets, and the verbal density of tracks like "Blinded By The Light" and "Spirit In The Night" reflects that live hunger, words tumbling over each other like he couldn't get them out fast enough.
Bruce Springsteen’s sensational debut! Includes “Blinded By The Light,” “For You,” & “Spirit In The Night."
