CD reissue. Cleveland, Ohio born Eric Carmen, singer-songwriter and former lead-singer of the power-pop group the Raspberries' put out a pretty well-representing greatest hits package. Breaking out his falsetto on a number of occasions, Carmen does a decent job of creating the aura of sadness needed to pull off songs like 'Change Of Heart', 'Never Gonna Fall In Love Again' and the all-time leader in depressive pop hits, 'All By Myself'.
