Sweden's David Myhr has spent years earning his reputation as one of the finest practitioners of classic power pop working today, drawing comparisons to Squeeze, XTC, and the Raspberries while carving out something entirely his own. Everything Is All About You is David Myhr's most fully realized album yet: ten tracks produced by Myhr and Andreas Dahlbäck and recorded across studios in Stockholm, Los Angeles, and Nashville. The album moves from horn-drenched pop anthems to string-laden ballads to spare acoustic confessions, all bound together by Myhr's gift for melody and the contributions of a stellar cast, including the Stockholm Studio Orchestra, co-writers Brad Jones and Bill DeMain, and Frankie Siragusa, with mastering.
