Funeral Mantra was born in October 2010 as a cover band. Just a bunch of friends playing Black Sabbath, Spiritual Beggars, Kyuss. Funeral Mantra's sound is a solid, granitic heavy-stoner mix, with an old school and dynamic soul. The band's songs mostly revolve around introspection, death, afterlife, reincarnation and dreamy substance induced scenarios.
