The Generators story actually goes way back to the late Nineteen Eighties when vocalist Doug "Dagger" Kane, and Mike Snow were pounding the pavement with their prior band Schleprock. The seasoned veterans stayed out touring for eight long years supporting bands like Green Day, Rancid, Sublime, NO FX, Blink 182, The Specials, Face To Face, etc... Wherever the action was during the commercial explosion of Punk during the nineties, Schleprock was somewhere close to be found.
