Before the Beatles finished tracking *Help!* in 1965, George Martin was already reshaping what a film soundtrack could be, treating orchestral arrangement not as decoration but as compositional architecture. His instrumental readings of Lennon and McCartney songs reveal the melodic logic beneath the mop-top surface, the craft that made those tunes indestructible. For collectors, this is a window into how Martin heard the music when no one was singing.
