Greeicy has built her reputation as one of Colombia's most distinctive pop voices, blending emotional directness with rhythmic instincts rooted in Afro-Caribbean and Pacific traditions. CANDELA finds her reaching toward collaborators from Venezuela's Rawayana and Puerto Rico's Cultura Profética, two acts with deep ties to conscious, community-rooted music, giving this project a pan-Latin conversation that goes well beyond the pop mainstream.
Colombian multiplatinum singer-songwriter Greeicy officially ignites the flame of CANDELA, her fourth studio album, one of the most personal productions in her repertoire, deeply connecting with the essence of her human experience. Following successes like “Limonar,” “Quiero+,” and “Discúlpeme Señor,” Greeicy presents CANDELA bringing together collaborations Rawayana, Cultura Profética, La Guru, Calema, and Branbel, expanding the project’s sonic universe and connecting different nuances of Latin pop, Afro rhythms, and tropical influences. Available on galaxy fire color vinyl with poster and sticker included.
