Ketsurat - Ilokielet - Music CD

Six female voices from Finland Ketsurat is a vocal group of six female voices, singing stories weaved into a performance of rhythm and colours. Finnish folk music is made of beauty and poverty, yearning and deceit, heartache and pain. Similar themes are also found in folk tradition elsewhere in the world and Ketsurat has been very open-minden towards pieces from other cultures.
