This DVD presents entry-level and intermediate Krav Maga techniques of the WKMF, an independent, progressive, and operational federation in which many policemen and servicemen are involved. Krav-Maga, literally Fight-Contact in Hebrew, (close quarters combat in French, or close-combat in English) is the combat system of the Israeli army. It was created in the 1980s by Imi Lichtenfeld. Simplified, the modern Krav Maga is a very efficient self-defense system. It is taught as a martial art in many countries and has been adopted by police forces and armies throughout the world.
