Christofer Drew built Never Shout Never's early following the old-fashioned way, touring relentlessly and connecting directly with fans before the major label machinery caught up. Pairing that DIY intimacy with Butch Vig's studio instincts made Harmony an unlikely but logical meeting point, a bedroom pop songwriter stepping into a room where Nevermind and Siamese Dream were born.
"Harmony" is the second studio album by indie pop band Never Shout Never, released in 2010. The album showcases the band's growth with a more mature sound that blends acoustic pop, rock, and folk influences. Christofer Drew's songwriting takes center stage, offering introspective lyrics and catchy melodies that resonate with fans. The album's release was met with anticipation, debuting at number 14 on the Billboard 200 and selling 23,000 copies in its first week. Produced by the legendary Butch Vig (best-known for his work with Green Day, Nirvana, and Smashing Pumpkins), "Harmony" is a testament to the band's evolving artistry and their ability to craft songs that are both personal and universally appealing.
