Dark, moody, and hauntingly beautiful, Jar of Flies shows Alice in Chains at their most introspective. This 1994 EP blends acoustic melancholy with grunge intensity, delivering a sound that's as raw as it is refined.
Featuring standout tracks like No Excuses, Nutshell, and I Stay Away, this EP marks a daring shift from the band’s heavier roots. It’s layered with emotional depth, harmonized vocals, and bluesy, acoustic arrangements that set it apart in the '90s rock scene. The band's vulnerability bleeds through every note, creating a deeply personal and immersive listening experience.
Pressed on classic black vinyl, this edition captures the textured atmosphere and sonic richness that only analog can deliver. A must-have for fans of grunge, alternative rock, and emotionally driven music.
