2017 release. Slim Thug is a Houston staple, one of the most prominent rappers from the city. After releasing four albums last year in his Hogg Life series, he took most of 2017 off, but returns with The World Is Yours. With notable features from Rick Ross, Big K.R.I.T., Paul Wall and more this album is set to be one of his best albums. As a defacto ambassador to Houston, he has done a ton of work for the community from mentoring, providing construction services, and was recently on Anthony Bourdain's show that featured the city of Houston.
